Assessment Fees
Your journey begins with an assessment. We offer two assessment pathways depending on your circumstances and location.

Nail Surgery Fees
Once you've decided to proceed with surgery, your surgical fee includes your procedure together with all scheduled follow-up appointments, re-dressing appointments and dedicated aftercare throughout your recovery.
Ingrowing Toenail Surgery
Thick, Deformed & Fungal Nail Surgery
For patients with painful thickened nails (onychogryphosis) or fungal nails, we offer both temporary and permanent nail removal.
If you require treatment on more than two toes, we'll discuss the most appropriate treatment plan and provide a personalised quotation during your assessment.

Our Regrowth Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in choosing NOVAHART.
Although nail surgery provides a long-term solution for the vast majority of patients, no procedure can guarantee a 100% success rate.
If regrowth occurs within our guarantee period, we'll review your toe and, where clinically appropriate, carry out a repeat procedure at no additional cost.

Payment Information
To secure your surgery date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is payable prior to your procedure.
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Private Medical Insurance
If you have private medical insurance, you may be able to reclaim the cost of your assessment or treatment, depending on the terms of your individual policy.
NOVAHART does not invoice private medical insurers directly or arrange pre-authorisation on behalf of patients.
Payment for all appointments and treatment is payable directly to NOVAHART at the time of booking or treatment. Following your appointment, we'll provide you with a detailed paid invoice which you can submit to your insurer.
We recommend contacting your insurer before booking to confirm the level of cover available under your policy.
